The Living Room
The living room is the epitome of being in the Caribbean, set in the center of a huge open space that influences the relaxed seating arrangement comprised of wicker armchairs surrounding a coffee table that seems designed for a slow game of scrabble in the afternoon that no one has to finish or win.
Of course there huge wide screen flat screen TV if you do want to watch a bit of cable/Netflix.
Flanked by a dining area and the kitchen, the living room area is really at the center of villa leading out into a grand patio area facing the pool area and beach.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and dishes to prepare your favorite meals. Whether you are making your first cup of coffee in the morning or putting together a feast for dinner, this kitchen is the perfect setting to do it in. It has a 4 burner cook top and a full sized oven. There is a fridge/freezer as well as a water cooler. Everything you expect in a kitchen and more, is here.
Designed for one purpose
The Villa is really all about enjoying that beach front ocean view and feeling like you really have landed in surfers paradise. The beach front pool and spa is set front and center in a huge deck which leads to the spectacular beach view with the best waves for surfing.
The Deck/Patio/Courtyard Area
The deck covered in warm natural stone, and caters for any position you want to relax in, lounging in the sun, lounging in the shade under the wooden swing chair or our day beds. The Deck is also created to have special events with lots of space. The patio was created for comfort to sit and relax enjoying the breeze and amazing beach view. The courtyard area has a B-B-Que grill and patio dining area perfect for evening/night entertaining.
Bedrooms
The great living areas are only part of The Villa. Of course there are 6 beautifully decorated bedrooms all fully air conditioned each with an en-suite bathroom, where you can take a little break from everyone else or get a really comfortable nights sleep after all that relaxing.
Bedroom 1
Is outfitted with a large King size four-poster bed complete with an Indonesian-style mosquito canopy netting, storage shelving & an accent chair & Smart TV. The bed is framed by a large window and French Doors that open out at the amazing pool and ocean view. Equipped with en suite bathroom and shower.

Bedroom 2
Is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed with a full size bunk on top, storage shelving and a cupboard. There is a queen size pull out bed a futon & comes with access to it’s own private bathroom and shower.

Bedroom 3
Is designed to hold the whole family with a comfortable Queen size bed & twin bunk beds. There is also is queen size pull out bed & comes with access to it’s own private bathroom and shower.

Bedroom 4- Tree House Studio Apartment
Is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed with a full size bunk on top with a queen size pull out and futon, storage shelving, Smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, breakfast dining table . There is ample floor space for an air mattress (or two) & comes with access to it’s own private bathroom and shower.
